Unfortunately, the dining experience was less than stellar. many guests found the dinner buffet overpriced and frequently lacking quality. Issues like the lack of hot water during peak times and the absence of basic amenities, such as a room washbasin plug, left some discomfort.

I enjoyed the breathtaking views from my room overlooking the frozen river. it was the perfect winter backdrop for my stay. The clean and spacious Premium Twin Room made my evenings comfortable after a day filled with activities. Plus, the access to cross-country skiing equipment encouraged me to embrace the beautiful snow-covered landscape right from the hotel.

Cozy room, friendly staff, the location was exceptional as it was just a short walk to both the bus stand and nearby supermarkets, which made exploring the surrounding area very easy.

hotel ivalo was really nice, the views were just amazin and super peaceful. the room was clean and comfy, loved waking up to the snowy scenery. breakfast had a nice variety, which made mornings fun. the staff were friendly and helpfull. also, having cross-country ski gear available was a major plus!
but the dining options could use some work, and the dinner buffet was kinda overpriced. also, some days there was no hot water when I needed it, which was a bummer.

The breakfast had a variety of choices, from cold cuts to hot bacon and eggs, made mornings delightful. And we really loved the nice sauna that helped us unwind after a day of activities.
